ive been a wal-mart associate for 10yrs i went from cart pusher to sales associate to recieving associate to department manager now there is sooo much discrimination that its sickening theres no overtime they tell you if u want more money u have to move up and when i tried to move up to asistant manager i was shot down considering i had an outstanding evaluation an outstanding iventory etc the moral to the story is this company should be ashamed that someone who put in 10yrs is making under 15hr ow i treat it iraq gotta get an exit strategy
