To begin with the wage walmart pays is greatly less than the amount of work the employees have to do. associates are pulled out of their departments for hours on end then sent back to their own department which is expected to be perfect for the department manager the next morning. From personal experience in seven yearsof work whenever a manager pull associate into the office for a srious meeting they then discuss the employee with other managers in a degrating way. I've senn this done with many differnt managers, employees are treated as second rate citizens by the managers because they work at walmart. A manager was fired for sexual harrassment finally after walmart was getting complaints for years. Another instance of this was a male associate slapping the ass of another male associate walmart did absoulty nothing about it they gave give three days paid suspension making the associate that is happened to feel worse then associate that did it. THATS FUCKED UP! This person also had compalints from women associates and walmart still did nothing about it. An associate was threatned by a customer, walmart sent the associate and did nothing to prevent the customer from doing again. So I have two words for walmart GO FUCK YOURSELF and the only reason I work for this low down shithole of a fuckin company is to pay my way through school so I can better myself so I don't have to work at a fucked up place like this ever again.
